Who are we?

North of the border. Behind the Borough.

A Brisbane-based supporters club giving Port Melbourne the northern end it deserves.

Independent supporters association · Est. 2019

Our origin

The Borough needed a northern stand.

BPSC began in 2019 around a simple idea: following Port Melbourne from Brisbane should not mean following alone.

We bring together long-time Porters, VFL followers, relocated Victorians and curious Queenslanders who have made the objectively sound decision to wear red and blue.

We keep an eye on the ladder, share the important links, gather when we can and maintain an admirably unreasonable level of interest from 1,380 kilometres away.

Our purpose

The non-negotiables.

Three things the scarfed dugong stands for.

Back

Back the Borough.

Follow Port Melbourne, celebrate every team and point supporters toward official club news, fixtures and membership.

Gather

Bring people together.

Create a welcoming Brisbane home for shared match days, good conversation and the occasional interstate pilgrimage.

Enjoy

Enjoy the ride.

Care deeply about the footy and make match day worth sharing.

The Borough had a 145-year head start. We are closing the gap one watch party at a time.

Who is welcome?

If you back the Borough in good faith, you are in the right place.

You do not need to have lived in Port Melbourne—or Brisbane.

You do not need to know every name from the 1982 premiership side. You only need curiosity, good spirit and room in the wardrobe for red and blue.
